For mortgage signing locations

A $5 minimum travel fee applies for all individual clients, but check our stated rates below and count on discounts for repeat business and professional office clients! 

For clients not attached to title company, or other professional offices the following travel fees and appointment times outside regular hours apply. 

For time outside my normal business hours stated here, please call for quotes.

Please note, because of rapidly changing gasoline prices we reserve the right to adjust these rates as required.

When you call for your appointment, we will check your location and quote your actual travel fee in advance so you will know for sure in advance of the fee required. 

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, but you know how gas prices have been in 2005, we expect that to continue.

Remember, we must always travel ROUND trip miles, but these figures are for ONE WAY miles !

Repeating professional office clients get zone 1 (or $5 travel charge) included in base signing fee, so they can subtract $5 from what's shown in ALL of the above ZIP code lists.

These are round trip mileage fee quotes from our office in ZIP code 92123, and are based not only on "gas mileage" but on time traveled that, obviously, can't be used for another appointment if it's used for yours!

Mileage further than 60 miles round trip, as required, may be slightly higher, and will be custom quoted for your appointment. If you don't see your appointment's zip code in this list, please call for a custom quote on travel fees.

I use Microsoft's Streets and Trips 2006 software OR the facility from MAPQUEST at right for calculating fees from San Diego, 92123, and most folks who watch the nightly national news know San Diego is the home of the highest prices for gasoline in the USA. 

Using this MS software and the fees above based on zip codes helps me hold down my otherwise high costs for travel so that I can offer my clients my lowest possible notary fees.

You may use the MAPQUEST form to the right to generate your own mileage calculation for your mobile notary service call, please DOUBLE what you get there for round trip mileage.

We will travel to the border with Orange County, Hemet, even Los Angeles or the California desert areas for our clients, just ask us! We'll discuss it, negotiate an appropriate travel fee and make plans!

Note, I know this ZIP code map is slightly different than the actual zip code boundaries, this is because I have re-aligned some borders by accounting for travel difficulty and lack of freeway travel availability.
